So let’s be clear about one thing: pregnancy is not a sickness! Even if we are going through an impressive transformation…It’s a physical and psychological revolution!

As a prenatal yoga teacher and a doula, I will approach every pregnancy stages as an opportunity for rooting yourself.An occasion to reinforce your confidence, in yourself and in your natural power of giving birth. When I meet pregnant women, I notice that even if we read tons and tons of books, we still have questions and concerns. Can we feel to be overwhelmed with all this information and lose our maternal instinct? We have to reconnect with our mind, body, breath and soul!
